What Happens When You Reach Your Plan Limit
When you reach your plan limit, you will lose access to viewing your logs in the dashboard.
Background Recording Continues
While the app remains installed, we will continue to record logs in the background. This ensures that when your plan is reinstated or resets at the end of the billing period, there is no disruption to your log history.
Managing Your Plan
You can view your current usage and update your plan at any time:
- Open the ShopView app
- Select "Account" from the menu
- Review your usage statistics and plan options
