Pricing
Our pricing is based on the number of events that happen across your stores. We have fixed monthly plans with no usage or overage charges to ensure you have consistent billing.
Logs
Each log is an event captured in Point of Sale. When a change happens on the point of sale device, it will generate a log. We aim to filter out duplicate or redundant events to only track actual changes.
Our plans are grouped to cater to variety of store set ups. However there are variables that are very different between stores, such as:
- The number of locations and devices
- The average number of products in the cart
- Sales requiring extra steps or details
As of now, users do not have control over what logs they do and do not track.
Therefore, as the number of available events increases and we introduce more control over what information you would like logged, we expect the volume of logs in each plan and how we enforce those limits to change, with due notice.
